Leucojum will tolerate a wide range of soil conditions but prefers heavy soil enriched with humus that remains moist during the summer. Suitable for borders, shrubberies, and moist shady areas, such as next to ponds, Leucojum adds elegance to any garden setting.
It has a flowering height of 40 cm (16 inches) and should be planted at a depth of 8 cm (3 inches) and spaced 10 cm (4 inches) apart. The best planting time is from August onwards.
