Muscari are tolerant of any well-drained soil and thrive in full sun or partial shade. They are ideal for naturalising in borders, rockeries, woodland, between shrubs, paving stones, and in containers. Perfect for mass planting, these charming bulbs offer a vibrant display.
They have a flowering height of 15 cm (6 inches) and should be planted at a depth of 5 cm (2 inches) and spaced 10 cm (4 inches) apart. The best planting time is from August onwards.
