What are your operating hours and days of the week?
9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm on Sundays, and 9am to 6pm on Bank Holidays. However, our webshop is open 24/7!
Do you provide assistance in selecting the right plants?
We have a number of expert Horticulturalists on our team that can assist you in choosing indoor or outdoor plants, and guide you on how to take care of it.
What payment methods do you accept in-store?
In-store we accept Cash, Visa Card, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I return or exchange a plant or product if I'm not satisfied with it?
Yes, as long as the plant has not been potted and is still in good condition.
Can I reserve or hold a specific plant or product for purchase later?
Yes, if you are in store we can reserve a plant or product for up to 3 days, or you can call us to reserve a plant.
Do you offer gift wrapping services for plants and outdoor products?
No, we don't offer a gift wrapping service.
Are there any restrictions on bringing pets into the garden centre?
You are welcome to bring your dog into the garden centre, they must be on a lead however.
